How to Become a Member of AgriLASA

Membership is limited to practicing laboratories - including those only operating seasonally - which participate in at least one of the inter-laboratory proficiency testing schemes recognized by AgriLASA.

  1. DOWNLOAD a Membership Form (choose from either the .doc or .pdf format)
  2. COMPLETE the Membership Form
  3. PAY the Membership Fee into the following AgriLASA Bank account (Click HERE to view 2010 Fees)

  4. FAX both the completed Membership Form AND the Proof of Bank Deposit to 0866 273 448
